Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep a small schedule so every client gets our full attention. This policy helps us hold your time for you, and lets us offer it to someone else when plans change.

Deposits

A $30 deposit is collected when you book and is applied to the price of your session. Chair massage does not require a deposit.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before your appointment and your deposit is refunded in full. You can use the link in your confirmation email, or call or text us at 248-890-7892.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made less than 3 hours before an appointment, and missed appointments without notice, forfeit the $30 deposit.

Running late

If you're running behind, please call or text. We'll do our best to give you your full session, though it may need to end at the scheduled time so the next client isn't kept waiting.

Refunds

Eligible deposit refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they can take several business days to appear.
